Future stuff blabla

So I visited Greenwich uni yesterday to check it out and to make sure I wanted to actually do the Event Management course there. It was awesome, the uni was stunning and right on the Thames. The course is exactly what I wanted it to be. Bless Tamsin for being the best friend ever and for sitting with me through a VERY long talk about the course. The tutor said that I can get involved with things such as festivals like Reading etc and also London Fashion week which would be insane.

We had a little wonder around the town too and it was sweet! There was a little market with loads of different food stalls and stalls with clothes and trinkets and what not. SO cute. I could really see myself there so I hope hope hope I get in so so bad!!!

Last night at work I had a really enjoyable evening which also included drinking with Nick on the Boudiour bar but it turned sour at the end when I helped out in the cloak room and got shoved out the way and when asking the spanish bint what that was for she was screaming "go awaaaay, go awaaaaay" (Obviously mental in the head) I was sleep deprived and ended up crying and realised how shit and selfish people can be, even when you go out of your way to be nice. Wankers.

ALSO pissed off that I left £20 in a cash point in London yesterday and walked away because I'M A FUCKING IDIOT. Stupid caffeine overdose messes me up.

In other news, the end of this week is going to be amazing! I can't wait to have my boyfriend back and get ready to go to Rome. EEEEEEEEEEE!

So there's not a whole lot to report, or anything I would particularly want on here for the world to see (aka the few people that bother to actually read this.)

I DID found out that papa roach are bringing out a new album for 2009, which is quite exciting I guess...

In other news I'm still waiting to hear if I have got into any Uni's which would be nice to hear soonish so I can start to organise my life.

Next month Dan and I are going to Rome! This is the best thing ever... I'm so so so excited! We're going to get a really nice hotel and everything :) We're going for Valentines day but seeing as it was about £300 more to go on ACTUAL valentines day we're going the weekend after. (cheapskates)  I think it will be nice also because it will be before he goes away to America again. (But I'm pretending that's not happening for now so anyway...)

I'm a bit fed up with some stuff at the minute but it's gay because I don't really know what/why or how to stop feeling like this. I thought it was the pill so I gave that up and have resorted to a new diet consisting of tea and cigarettes which I am also going to give up soon because it's making me a crabby bitch. Never happy...

This Saturday me and Tam are going to London for me to go and look at Greenwich. I'm quite excited but nervous because (if I do get in) it's going to make it all a lot more real and I will probably have some reality hit and have a little melt down/panic... I guess we shall see.

On a final note, I am supposed to be organising the Architects after show party for the last show of tour and so far I am doing an awful job slash no one will answer the phone at the places I want to try to book so any suggestions of where I could hire somewhere out on a Saturday night would be very handy, thank you!

So yesterday was a massive success.
Me, Marina and Mad drove up to Colchester to see the boys half way through their tour. While Ali and Sam knew the girls were coming I managed to surprise Dan which was really fun :) We watched them play a sold out show which cool and then we all hung out in their bunks on the bus. None of us wanted to leave but they had to drive to Liverpool. So us girls drove home, stopping for dinner at 3 in the morning haha. I love those girls.

In other news, I am changing my pill. I HATE it. It's making me go mental, giving me jip, making me depressed and I feel awful. Looking forward to saying so long to that fucker...

Shopping

Very excited about these things arriving.

Online shopping at 5 am isn't probably the wisest idea but fuck it.

The last Facedown at Astoria was awesome the other night. Nice to see old faces/meet new faces and have some much needed chats with others. The stripers with everything hanging out everywhere weren't needed though...

In other news I recently got some flesh eating disease (a bug) of some sort that decided to make me sick enough to turn myself inside out. Having a phobia of being sick definitely did not mix well with that either. I think it might be coming back a little bit too... damn it.

Dan has just started his January headline tour, which I'm really excited about for him, even though I'm already missing him like mad. I'm really looking forward to the London and Brighton shows and also hopefully the Portsmouth and maybe Oxford shows if possible too. Me, Mad and Marina will hopefully get to stay on their bus too which should be fun!

Oh, today also really opened my eyes to how much people are dependent on electricity. Ours went, for 5 hours almost, which meant; no hot water, no tv, no computer, no gas, no heating, no lights, no fridge/freezer/oven, no hairdryer/straighteners, no kettle, no music etc. It did, however, result in a really lovely evening spent with my mum and a pack of cards/charades by the fire and candle light. It was really nice :)

Right, I should stop distracting myself from sleep... once again.
